Scout is a thirteen year old Noosa local who has turned his passion for baking caramel fudge into a business.
Scout’s business started as way to raise money for a school ‘Global Opportunities’ trip to Thailand helping in communities.
Scout’s parents raised the challenge for him to contribute towards the cost with a part-time job. Jobs are hard to come by at ‘13’ so Scout decided to turn his talent and reputation as a fudge cook into ‘Scout’s Famous Fudge’.
Scout’s fudge has become sought after by Noosa locals and here at aromas we are big fans too.
